MediaLift respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to valid copyright infringement notices.

Important Notice

MediaLift does not host copyrighted video files on its servers. Our service processes publicly available URLs submitted by users and provides temporary download facilitation. We automatically delete temporary files after the download process completes.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

1. Your full name and contact information (address, phone, email)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. The URL or sufficient information to identify the infringing material
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
6. Your physical or electronic signature
